  Renters Beware: $4,000 to break your lease plus any damages the owner finds. The tenants living in the complex have no respect for their neighbors; loud music all hours of the day/night, they do not follow the 10mph speed limits, tenants will use your trash can and steal your packages left by UPS:FedEx. I received a picture of my cat in my bedroom windowing stating I needed to speak with the owner about an unpaid pet fee (which had already been paid $500.00). Under no circumstances is it okay to take pictures of someone's bedroom window; a bedroom is suppose to be the most private room in your home. I will say when a maintenance request is placed, the job is completed quickly; within hours. The owner is willing to work with you on certain issues if you can keep his temper calm. When you break your lease, you must allow future tenants to view your home at anytime.
